How to Surrender To Suffering and Realize That There Is No Death!

“The acceptance of suffering is a journey into death. Facing deep pain, allowing it to be, taking your attention into it, is to enter death consciously. When you have died this death, you realize that there is no death — and there is nothing to fear. Only the ego dies. – Eckhart Tolle

Do You Know How To Die To The Past Every Moment And Find That There Is No Death?

‌‌Today, let’s die to your fears, egoic identification, mental and worldly forms, and illusions.

And How?

Completely accept and surrender to your suffering. Allow it to be as it IS. One man can teach us that. Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ. Complete Surrender to Pain and Suffering.

The image of complete surrender to the suffering of Jesus Christ on the cross is the image of Eternal Life. It contains a divine truth that people have not understood for thousands of years. This image is the realization that there is no death.

If somebody from another planet comes and sees us worshipping the image of Jesus, they will ask why the human is worshipping such a helpless man?

But is Jesus helpless? This image of Jesus on the cross symbolizes complete surrender to the pain and suffering and thereby realizing freedom from all suffering.

When you completely surrender to the pain and suffering, there is no promise to what will happen to you. You will have to see for yourself what surrender does to you!

Why Does This Happen to Me?

When you stop seeking the answer to this question, then the absolute surrender comes upon you. You simply accept the fact that You don’t Know.‌

‌‌When you go deeply into this “Not Knowing” and consciously accept your physical pain and suffering, your mental agony and pain die, and you realize that there is no death. Imagine a drop of the ocean that has forgotten it is an inseparable part of the ocean. It deludes itself into believing it has to fight for survival and create and cling to an identity other than the Ocean. Would the death of this delusion not be incredibly liberating?

“A culture that denies death inevitably becomes shallow and superficial, concerned only with the external form of things. When death is denied, life loses its depth.‌ Death is a stripping away of all that is not you. The secret of life is to “die before you die” – and find that there is no death.‌ Nothing that was real ever died, only names, forms, and illusions.”‌ ~ Eckhart Tolle

When our loved one dies, this does not mean that we can’t feel sad. We can allow ourselves to feel sad and at the same time realize that nothing really died. We will feel sadness in the foreground and Inner peace in the background.

We Are Trained To Achieve, Compete, Compare and To Be Somebody.

From the day we are born, we are trained to achieve, compete, compare, be somebody, and to own this or that! Our mind is molded in this pattern of achievement to have physical security. But the peace of God is not within the field of achievement and becoming somebody to prove to the world.

We demand security in all our relationships, careers, activities, but as we have seen time and time again, there is no such thing as “security”.

But you say, Jesus was destined to surrender being a son of God. It’s you, who is suffering in this competitive, ruthless, and modern world that is pressing its demand to prove your worth, and where everybody has to grind for day-to-day survival. ‌

‌OK. Let’s Look at Your Fear. Do You Realize How Much You Are Fearful of Losing Security?‌

‌You are continuously in fear of losing your job.
Of ruining your career,
Of not having enough money,
Of what the world and your friends think about you, or not being a success,
Of losing your position in society,
Of being hated or rejected,
Fear of disease or pain,
Of losing your wife and children,
Of death – all these innumerable amounts of fears.

And what do you do about these fears? You run away from them or Invent a struggle or process to overcome them?

But to run away from fear and invent a strategy to overcome them is only to increase it. But then what do you do?‌

‌‌Close your eyes and go into the deep stillness where you realize who you are. Once you realize who you are, which is formless consciousness, then you realize that is nothing to lose.

When you discover yourself as awareness, the fear of  losing, of not having security will not trouble you any longer.

When The Death is Near, The Whole Concept of “Owning This or That” Is Ultimately Meaningless to Your True Self.

On Your Deathbed, you realize that while you were looking throughout your life for a more complete sense of security and control, what you were really looking for, is your Inner Being (Atma).

And your Being was always there, but it was eclipsed by the identification with things and possessions. Your Being was covered by dark shadow of your mental thoughts and concepts

The real does not die, the unreal never lived. In death, only the body dies. Life does not, consciousness does not, reality does not. And the life is never so alive as after death. Death is not the opposite of Life. Life has no opposite as it is eternal. People are afraid to die because they do not know who they are and what death is.

The moment you know that you are pure awareness, you are afraid of nothing. What you call birth and death are the only transformations. You are manifesting again and again in many forms. For life is eternal.
